We’re on the lookout for a motivated Machine Operator to join our Ready To Eat (RTE) production team. If you enjoy working with machinery, take pride in producing quality products, and are looking to build a career in food manufacturing, this is the role for you.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll develop valuable skills operating machinery, build your experience in food production, and grow your career with a well-established company.

Hours:

• Afternoon Shift
• 3:00pm – 12:00am
• Monday to Friday
• Flexible to work Saturdays when required

Your key responsibilities include:

• Operating Multivac and/or slicing machinery efficiently and safely
• Performing assembly and disassembly of equipment as required
• Working at pace with strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Maintaining strict quality and food safety standards
• Accurately completing QC documentation
• Safely lifting and moving heavy items using correct manual handling techniques

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience operating Multivac, Slicer or similar production machinery
• A solid understanding of machine operation and basic troubleshooting
• Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods
• High standards of product quality and safety
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
