An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training Facilitator to join the Training Team based in Kaiapoi.
Reporting to the Training & Development Manager, you will be responsible for conducting Operational Training, Inductions, and maintaining training resources and systems on the Kaiapoi site.
The role is Monday to Friday but you must be flexible to work some evenings to facilitate training for our afternoon and evening teams.
The successful candidates will have:
An interest in obtaining a Relevant Training qualification, with experience presenting and facilitating information to a group or on a one-on-one environment
Be willing and able to spend time in the processing environment to understand operations to assess training requirements of employees
Ability to evaluate individual employees’ competence against set criteria
Drive consistency in the training and competency programs across all departments and shifts
Confidence and strength in interpersonal and written communications at varying organisational levels
Experience working alongside managers and employees and a demonstrated ability to establish trusted relationships with a people-centric approach
Ability to analyse, interpret and report on data and identify recommendations
Proven experience in assessing and conveying information and ideas clearly and accurately in a way that meets the needs of the audience
Highly organised and systematic, with an eye for detail
Have a high level of computer literacy and efficacy including MS Suite and Adobe programmes
Be a team player who can work collaboratively within a team environment
